LCD TV screens into your car. Such high image quality is now more
important than ever with the rising popularity of in-car DVD entertainment
and navigation systems. That's why Panasonic developed a new high
temperature-certified color filter that stays faithful to color standards even
under the grueling conditions of a hot car interior, delivering richer color
images when viewing DVD entertainment2 and navigation system maps.
Enjoy crisp and clear display of small type and fine patterns thanks to
high-definition display technology and a digital graphics processor, the key
to improved image resolution.
Simple Touch-Screen Operation
A light touch of your finger on the 7" widescreen display panel is all it takes
to control most functions. Operation is quick and easy from the very start
because you can directly select the items you want from simple menu lists or
icons. Gone is the hassle of moving the cursor through endless lists.
Improved touch-panel transparency contributes to outstanding brightness
and legibility, while the improved Graphical User Interface (GUI) uses clear
color graphics and text.
Ignition-Linked Fully Automatic Monitor Extension/Retraction
The extensive setup menu lets you select a completely automatic monitor
extension/retraction instead of the usual button-activated procedure. All you
have to do is turn the ignition key (ACC ON) and the monitor will slide out
and up to your pre-selected angle. Likewise, when you stop the car and turn
the ignition off (ACC OFF), the monitor will automatically retract.
Keep Your Hands on the Wheel
With the separately sold Hands-Free Kit featuring Bluetooth® technology
(CY-BT200U), you can talk on your cell phone while keeping both hands on
the steering wheel. And since Bluetooth® uses wireless technology, your
phone can stay in a pocket, purse, backpack or briefcase. Up to five phones
can be paired with the system.
Play Multiple Video and Music Formats

not only plays prerecorded DVDs and DVD-audio discs, but also MP3, WMA,
CDs, DVD-R/RW and CD-R/RW discs. With 18 FM and 6 AM presets with
